Sweet November

During the last week or so, I have:

• experienced some of the deepest meditations I've ever experienced

• joined a monastic cooking team of Vietnamese Brothers (and Sisters when we cook for Day Of Mindfulness)

• spent hours and hours with the nuns rolling thousands of egg rolls that are currently getting delivered to friends and neighbors in Escondido for Thanksgiving

• taught a roomful of monks how to use new features in Logic Pro (they don't use computers often so their minds were blown! 🤯🤣)

• recorded and produced a song with Brother Home (the Italian monk who lives here and recently started writing a bunch of music in Italian; so cool, I hope I can share that soon)

• learned a little Vietnamese (and a little Italian!)

• deepened new and old friendships

• practiced setting boundaries

• had plenty of heartfelt moments

• drank SO much delicious tea
