Spontaneous Single Drop!

After Thanksgiving, I was invited to hang with the monks on a livestream event called "Make Black Friday Brown" where we made some music and the monastics told stories and answered questions about consumerism and monastic life. During the stream, I got to play a few songs with the Brothers as well as the one I posted in my last blog post. I was happy to be so well-received and invited to record both my song and the one Thay Phap Luu wrote (more on that later🙂)

And here's the new studio version of "Sweet November" featuring a shaker sound created by some tea one of the brothers shared with me a few days ago. I think that Lapsang Souchong is my new favorite tea. It tastes like a campfire at the lake; super nostalgic
